  • From AED 2M (~$545,000). With this investment you and your family can get a renewable 10-year residency in the UAE. The visa covers your spouse and children up to 25 years old, and also allows you to sponsor domestic staff. You can travel freely, live, work, study in the UAE, and open bank accounts. Property can be purchased in cash or with a mortgage, as long as your equity is at least AED 2M.
